Sun Hing Metal Manufactory Ltd. was found in
1972. With our long and established history,
we have become a leading tin manufacturer with renowned reputation
for high quality and services. We are proud of our achievement and
are striving for a better future.

We specialize in the production of
lithographing tinplate wares, tinware packaging items, decorative
tinware and confectionery tins.

All our staffs are knowledgeable in their sphere of
specialty, responsibilities and functions as all of them have
received comprehensive training which enable them to carry out
their task in a professional way.
Investment on High-Tech Equipment
Some of the machines used in our production
line are imported from the U.S.A., Germany, Japan and Taiwan.
Based on the company motto, we are able to handle different
kinds of new tooling methods; re-modifications of existing tools
and creating new ones that best accommodate customer's needs. This
industry faces rapid changes-it is extremely important for us to
prolong the life cycle of our existing products and keep on
creating new merchandise in order to meet the demanding market.
QUALITY STANDARD
We have a quality control team to perform
stringent controls on our products. Each of our quality control
supervisor oversees his/her own production lines. During the severe
on line screening process, defected products will never get to the
final inspection stage as they will immediately be taken out.
When a product reaches the final inspection stage, it is
tested and checked according to the international AQL Level 2
standard. Products fail to meet the Level 2 standard will not be
accepted. Progress inspection reports will then be sent to the head
office in Hong Kong.
Senior staff in Hong Kong will monitor the production
processes who will give the final seal of approval before goods are
shipped.
We are also pride of our competitiveness by operating
through our very own printing facilities. We have full control over
our production through vertical integration operation. We have
eliminated the using of sub-contractors who may add extra costs and
time in the process. Operation of this type will ensure precise
printing as well as enhancing the quality aspects of the
merchandise.
PROTECTION OF CLIENTS
A special system has been set to keep and protect
client's tooling and printing developments in a safe place within
our factory location in order to protect clients confidentiality
and prevention of copyright infringement.
AT PRESENT
Ever since we have started 30 years ago, we
have built from a cottage industry in a shanty shed to an
operation, which employs more than 1,000 people with production of
over 200,000 pcs of tins each day.
The excellency of our service and quality product have
helped us to attract clients from all over the world such as the
North America, Europe, Australia, South Africa and various
countries in South America and Asia.
